Answered in 6 hours by: Peugeot Mechanic: Mike Hello and Welcome to justanswer.. Exactly which engine does your 307 have - size and type? What is its service / recent repair history? What exactly has been done / tried so far ? When you say it cuts out - when exactly does that happen? Rgds, MIKE.
I've also had problems recently with my Peugeot 307 1.4 LX 5dr 2001. The engine warning light and the message "Antipollution fault" has been beeping at me when driving and I get a sudden loss of power in the car. It occurs intermittently but seems to be more common and more severe the longer the car journey.
Look up the specs for the year and model of the vehicle, then connect a gauge to the fuel system. Next, measure the pressure with the key on, engine off, then again with the engine idling. Fuel pressure, should be within specs, with key on, then drop 4 to 6 psi once the engine starts.

Even just letting it tick over it starts to judder the engine alot. After 10 mins it is totally fine. I am wondering if anyone knows what this could be.
